FEES

You can register on the UGent event page. Upon registration you will receive a payment invitation to be fulfilled before the start of the Winter School.

 

Fees to register for the 4-day course:

• PhD students and postdocs from Flemish universities (using official email address): free of charge.

• Academic staff from Ghent University, University of Antwerp, and KULeuven: 125 euro (covers the cost of lunch and coffee breaks).

• All other participants: 800 euro.

The outreach event and reception on Friday are free and open to all. If you only plan to attend the outreach event, we just ask that you register here so we can get a head count for the reception.
